All products are custom-made to order.

  • Standard production time is 1–3 business days after payment and artwork approval (if required)

  • Orders with design revisions may take longer depending on approval time

  • Rush orders may be available upon request (additional fees may apply)

Production time does not include shipping time.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination

  • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped

We offer local pickup for customers in Fayetteville and surrounding areas.

  • You will be notified when your order is ready

  • Pickup is by appointment or scheduled time

Shipping for these items may be limited due to size, cost, or risk of damage.

📭 Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Additional shipping fees required to resend an order

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Endless Joy Creations is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”

If an issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist when possible.

  • Orders may be modified or canceled within 2 hours of purchase

  • Once production has started, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed
