Refund & Returns Policy

At Endless Joy Creations, all products are custom printed and made to order. Due to the personalized nature of custom yard signs, vinyl banners, window graphics, poster printing, and laser leather patches, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a verified production defect.

Custom Printed Products

All custom signage and printed materials are non-refundable once production has begun. Production begins after artwork approval (when applicable). Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded after proof approval.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect:

• Contact us within 3 business days of delivery

• Provide clear photographs of the issue

• Include your order number

If verified, we will reprint or replace the defective item at no additional cost. Refunds are issued only at our discretion.

Customer-Provided Artwork

Endless Joy Creations is not responsible for:

• Spelling or design errors approved in proofs

• Low-resolution or improperly formatted artwork

• Color variations due to screen differences

Approval of proof constitutes acceptance of design accuracy.

Shipping Liability

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers. Once an order leaves our facility, transit times are controlled by the shipping provider.
