Return & Refund Policy

At Endless Joy Creations, all of our products are custom-made to order. Because of this, we have specific guidelines regarding returns, refunds, and order changes.

🔁 Returns

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on custom items unless there is a verified issue with the order.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom signs, banners, decals, apparel, or printed products

  • Orders with customer-approved designs

  • Products with minor color variations due to screen differences

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer (spelling, sizing, etc.)

✅ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, we will offer:

  • A replacement at no cost, or

  • A partial/full refund (if applicable)

🛠️ Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders may be modified or canceled within 2 hours of purchase

  • Once production has started, no changes or cancellations can be made

🎨 Design Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Proofreading all artwork, text, and details before approval

  • Ensuring uploaded files are high quality

Endless Joy Creations is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

🚚 Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”

If an issue occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. We will assist when possible.

📍 Local Pickup Orders

  • Customers will be notified when orders are ready

  • Orders must be picked up within a reasonable timeframe

  • No refunds will be issued for unclaimed orders
