Payment & Production

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Estimated production times are not guarantees and may vary based on order volume and complexity.

Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, you affirm that you have the legal right to reproduce all designs, logos, trademarks, and images provided. Endless Joy Creations assumes no liability for copyright or trademark infringement related to customer-submitted artwork.

Proof Approval

Approval of artwork proof confirms that:

Layout, spelling, and sizing are correct
Colors are acceptable
The design is final

Once approved, changes cannot be made.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from product use.
