Production Time

  • Standard: Most orders are produced within 1–3 business days after artwork approval.
  • Rush: Rush production may be available for an additional fee (message us before ordering).
  • Artwork approval: If your order needs proof approval, production starts after approval.
Heads up: If artwork is missing or needs changes, it can delay production. Upload your file or paste a link when you order.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size/weight and destination.
  • We package orders securely, especially rigid sign materials.
  • Note: Carriers may experience delays during peak seasons or weather events.

Local Pickup (Fayetteville, NC)

  • Pickup availability: You’ll receive a message when your order is ready.
  • Pickup window: By appointment (recommended) to make sure we’re ready for you.
  • What to bring: Your order name/number.

Local Delivery

  • For larger items (ACM panels, large rigid signs), delivery is often the safest option.

Large / Oversize Items (ACM & Large Rigid Signs)

  • Pickup or delivery only may apply to large sizes due to shipping cost and damage risk.
  • If shipping is available, it may require a custom freight quote.

When does production start?
Production starts after payment and (if needed) artwork/proof approval.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped, contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best to update it.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product so we can help.
Do you accept returns?
Because items are made-to-order, returns are limited. If there’s an issue, reach out and we’ll make it right when applicable.
